We have integrated with the design of this site for you (trade customers) to be able to place orders in an easy productive manner.
To be able to place orders first you must have been registered to the portal. To register simply click register and fill in the form and submit. One of our team will approve your application and an email notification will be generated when you have been registered.
Below is a guide on how to place an order:
1. To place an order simply click on order form section from my account dashboard.
2. Enter your own order reference number at the top
3. Now you can search for a product by entering first characters of the item and a drop down list will appear
4. you must select from drop down menu the item you want to order.
5. Enter the quantity amount
6. Choose collection or delivery.
7. Collection details about cut-off times will be present so select appropriate option
8. Delivery – there is option to deliver to store or choose from the available DHD options
9. If you wish to order more items then click on ‘Add Another Product’ and repeat process above g. Once complete simply click submit order
(Please note: for multiple items on the same order, longest lead time applies – if faster delivery is required then please call us)
10. You will receive confirmation of order being submitted and we Sweet Dreams will receive email notification about the order. DHD department will then deal with the order efficiently
We recommend for all online traders to place an order via this portal as it will be the most efficient way to ensure less mistakes are made.
